Plank Gives Back wants to help enhance your organization’s online presence.
Here are some ways that we can help:
Content Strategy
We can advise you on how to streamline your content, write copy that guides your visitors, and create high-engagement CTAs. Working alongside you and your team, we will tell your story in the most engaging way that has the biggest impact on your visitors.
Content/hosting Migration
We can help you decide on your content migration needs and establish a plan that allows for a streamlined process. We will also perform a light content audit in collaboration with you to make targeted recommendations.
Digital Marketing Plan
We can define your user personas and user journey to help you create a marketing strategy that delivers. We will define the content and channels that will reach your audience best while solidifying your general positioning.
Hack Day
We will book a meeting with all your project stakeholders to define the who, what, where of your project. We can help you get your project off the ground by aligning everyone’s objectives and expectations to uncover valuable insights.
Small Site Rebuild
We can help you create a modern site that offers the best user experience. We will ensure that the site follows all modern web standards including performance, accessibility, SEO, and overall best practices.
Styling Refresh
We can create a design that perfectly represents your branding and appeals to your target audience. We can develop a new logo, illustrative elements, and/or iconography that speaks directly to your values and mission.
Usability Assessment
Following all modern UI/UX design principles, we can test how users explore your website and deduce how user-friendly it is. We will then help you create a navigation system that easily leads people to what they want and encourages further exploration.

Concordia Co-op Bookstore
Their mission: The Concordia Co-op Bookstore’s mission is to provide new and used books to their community and be a safe space for LGBTQIA + and BIPOC individuals. After two years of surviving the pandemic, they needed help connecting with their community since their physical store was no longer open to the public.
Our commitment: To help them engage with their community, we collaborated on a digital marketing strategy that focused on increasing their reach, engagement, and website traffic. This included outlining their goals, creating a user persona and user journey, and finally outlining a social media strategy and content guidelines.
